If no bi God!

I saw myself stained
From head to toe
And my robe was torn in several places
Sight that would gladden any foe
I saw myself walking
Head bowed, almost ashamed
My handsomeness was taken away
I didn’t even want to be named
But you saw my stains
As golden embroidery
And my shreds as damask lace
Because you saw me in love’s glory
So I look myself through your eyes
And I long to see myself always in your love’s eye
For in your eyes I’m always at my best
I see myself through your love’s eyes.

PATH WAY TO RESTORATION (March 1 2010) by Emeka

I was once a vibrant youth
Standing in the pinnacle of glory
My glory was seen by all men
But as I trudge ahead
I walked into a moonless night
Were the stars were hidden by tears
Cluding my eyes and stealing my songs

Now I work in a flowerless garden
Toiling with sweat from morning to night
My life has no fragrance or beauty
I've walked thorny paths
Too weak to admire, too worn out to be admired
Bleading and blisterd feet, too tired to walk

But now I seek the way, the path-way to Restoration
Were I'll be restored to my formal glory
Oh God! Becouse your FAVOUR is now upon me
You've given me the WISDOM to know that
When I PRAISE your holy name
The VICTORY that I somuch desire will surly be my portion.

This poem was written By Prince Emeka Anyaogu on behalf of the Youth ministries of the Assemblies of God Church 111 clegg street Surulere. Who are seeking the Path-way to Restoretion.
I believe that the current reforms being made by Tochukwu Nkwocha lead leadership of the youth ministries of our church will bring the desired chenge.

Do your Friends brings out the best in you?

Who you choose to be your closest friends or associates is one of the most important decisions you will make during the course of your life. What you are today and what you are going to be in five years time is determine by two things” the people you associate with and the kind of books you read. You will become like those you closely associate with.
A day away from the wrong association with some people, the more your life will improve, it’s true what proverbs said: “putting confidence in an unreliable man is like chewing with a wore tooth, or trying to run on a broken foot.
Your true best friends are those who bring out the best in you. You are better not worse after you have been around them. Sometimes a single conversation with the right person can be more valuable than many years of study.
The right kinds of friends are those you can dare to be yourself, someone you can dream in front of aloud. For me, my best friends are those who understand my past, believe in my future and accept me today just the way I am.
